403 Error on pages

Good day, I am trying to access pages such as the: https://dashboard.rapyd.net/developers/credentials as well as the sign up page: https://dashboard.rapyd.net/sign-up. I keep getting a 403 error for both. Can you kindly assist me? I am from Zimbabwe, Harare if that helps in any way.

    Hi Bethel. I checked those links and they seem to be working for me. Are you able to join the Discord channel? I recommend doing so as some of the Rapyd team members will be quicker to respond on there.

    Thanks Drew. So just to confirm, is this not a problem that I get 403s except when I'm using a VPN. I mean is my country or location blocked, do I need to worry about this or I just keep using the VPN?
